A deep love of fried potatoes led us on a search for a convenient, crispy experience that didn’t involve corn or canola oil.

After working with American farmers and ranchers for 3 years, we realized more food companies needed to divert demand away from corn and soy instead towards regeneratively-raised beef.

Grasso was born to bring you the magic of a morning hash brown or french fries at your BBQ while conveniently supporting your health and better agricultural practices.
